Return + Exchange Policy — Luna & Sol Sisters Jewelry

We want you to absolutely love your pieces from Luna & Sol Sisters Jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, eligible returns and exchanges are gladly accepted in accordance with the policy below. There are no restocking fees, and free return shipping is offered within the U.S. for items that qualify.

To start a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Center.

Eligible Items Must:

  • Be UNUSED, UNWORN, and in original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Be scanned by USPS as in transit before Day 30

  • Be returned as the full set if originally purchased as a set

Luna & Sol Sisters Jewelry reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above requirements. All returned items will be inspected by our quality team before a refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer valid, we will issue a Store Credit for the refund amount.

Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved through inspection.

If the original order did not qualify for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
